Recruiting Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Tool Crib Attendant to support inventory control, material organization, and production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, issuing tools and materials to production personnel, and ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies, equipment, and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and maintain inventory of tools, materials, equipment, spare parts, and supplies.

• Issue inventory to production personnel and maintain accurate records of quantities, types, and values of materials used.

• Utilize established computer procedures, including SAP and the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), to track inventory and maintain accurate records.

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Prepare tools, materials, and supplies for distribution to designated departments.

• Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, equipment, and supplies as needed.

• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy and control.

• Determine storage space requirements and maintain an organized, accessible inventory area.

• Maintain a clean work environment and participate in 5S initiatives to promote workplace organization and efficiency.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, coworkers, and other departments, both verbally and in writing.

• Follow all established safety procedures, practices, and regulations before, during, and after work activities.
