Job summary

MAHLE Thermal and Filter Systems US in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant to manage documentation, control, fill-levels and organization of the Tool Crib.

Responsibilities include generating purchase requisitions, setting up spare parts in SAP, maintaining sign-out registers, establishing min/max levels, receiving deliveries, and auditing inventory. Overtime is a requirement for the position, in a Maintenance department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory or tool crib roles.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generates purchase requisitions for equipment spare parts and MRP supplies.
• Sets-up new spare parts in SAP system and establishes stock locations.
• Maintains spare part sign-out register and inventory records.
• Establishes min/max inventory levels to meet budgeted targets.
• Unloads and stocks deliveries and completes receiving procedures.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of stock areas.
• Returns incorrect deliveries and oversees repairs.
• Loads equipment and PMs into SAP; maintains history files.
