Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in transportation sector selling tech solutions for tolling and transportation agencies.
• Proven expertise in tolling, ITS and ATMS systems.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent content development and content writing skills.

Aufgaben

• Involved in opportunity from qualification through proposal submission.
• Collaborates with BD on capture strategy and win themes.
• Builds understanding of customer priorities, procurement strategy, and budget.
• Analyzes competitors and positions strengths/weaknesses.
• Develops content strategy for solicitation and ensures compliant, compelling proposals.
• Coordinates solution development, pricing, technical approach, staffing, and commercial strategy.
• Gates reviews and status reporting with Proposal Manager.
