Job summary

Indra USA Inc is seeking a Commercial Manager – Tolling andTraffic for the Pacific States (California, Washington, Oregon). The role focuses on driving commercial activities, business development, and selling solutions for tolling, ITS, traffic management, and connected vehicle projects in the USA.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in transportation commercial roles, strong client engagement skills, and fluency in English with Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial roles within transportation.
• Expertise in tolling, ITS and ATMS systems.
• Strong commercial acumen to communicate value of complex tech.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Native/fluent English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lead commercial actions within the Pacific states (CA, WA, OR).
• Drive strategy to win opportunities and finalize teaming arrangements.
• Build and strengthen relationships with public transportation agencies and operators.
• Develop and execute a regional commercial plan for tolling and traffic/ITS markets.
• Lead and support creation of proposals, presentations, and bids with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with commercial processes.
