Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tolling technology, electronic toll collection, back-office or roadside systems, or related infrastructure tech.
• Minimum of 5 years leading tolling technology programs, systems integration, PMOs, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience managing client stakeholders, cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and delivery reporting.
• Experience with tolling back-office platforms, MLFF/AET roadside systems, interoperability frameworks, or revenue assurance platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years of work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tolling technology modernization programs from planning to transition.
• Manage program governance, scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, software engineering, systems integration, and operations.
• Develop delivery plans, roadmaps, business cases, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with tolling agencies and private-sector stakeholders to translate opportunities into delivery outcomes.
• Support proposals, estimates, staffing, and solutioning.
• Contribute to thought leadership and reusable tolling assets.
• Coach consultants and promote project management practices.
• Use data and KPIs to improve decision-making and delivery predictability.
