Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related experience in customer service or sales.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Act as Customer Service Representative and contact person for tolling customers.
• Process sales orders, price quotations, invoices, purchase orders, credits/debits, and manage inventory.
• Enter tolling customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Sales Team with contracts and forecasting for tolling partners.
• Attend workshops, trade shows and conferences as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
