Summary

To handle all customer requirements which includes but is not limited to order processing, purchasing, quotations, logistics and sample requests, etc. Also responsible for maintaining the product portfolio in the Americas sales region for tolling partners, including but not limited to portfolio management, budget preparation, product profitability, pricing, sourcing and addition of formulations. Since MOCOM adheres to ISO 45001 & 14001 (Safety and Environmental Standards) all employees have responsibilities that include maintaining a high awareness of quality, safety, environmental conservation of energy, water and resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as Customer Service Representative and Contact person for tolling customers
• Process sales orders, price quotations, invoices, purchase orders, credit/debit memos, delivery notes and manage inventory including reporting for tolling customers
• Entering of tolling customer complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Responsible tolling inventory management as well as tolling material master data
• Support the Sales Team in regards to customer contracts and/or agreements with tolling partners as well as forecasting
• Miscellaneous filing, copying, mailing duties, ordering of office supplies, and set up checks for deposit
• Attend workshops, trade shows and conferences to keep up-to-date on changes in industry
• Network with industry business people and lobby groups
• Support and follow through with additional tasks and projects for Product Management
• Participate in customer and supplier meetings as required
• Act as substitute/back-up for the Production Planning position
• Ensure the process related activities comply with the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025 (sampling), VDA 6.3 or customer specific requirements
• All other duties as assigned

Skills and Specifications

• Computer literate with knowledge of current operating systems and software
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in office environment preferably in customer service
• Experienced user of SAP modules strongly preferred
• Ability to appropriately handle stress and work well under pressure
• Ability to communicate, interact and work cooperatively with others
• Ability to adapt and conform to shifting priorities and demands and execute accordingly
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Ability to work overtime as assigned
• Ability to drive during the workday and/or travel as required
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures
• Be aware of Krahn Code of Conduct and comply with all aspects and guidelines
• Avoid any situations which might conflict with anti-trust guidelines
• Report any suspected fraudulent activity to the CFO

Education and Qualifications

• A two-year college degree; or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school; or, completion of specialized training courses conducted by equipment vendors; or job specific skills acquired through on-the-job training or apprenticeship program.
• One to three years related experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience is required in lieu of the stated education and experience requirements.
