STK Boston, part of THE ONE GROUP, is seeking a ToGo Specialist to be the face of our vibe dining experience. You will handle takeout orders, ensure accurate packaging, and deliver warm, attentive hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll greet guests, process orders via POS and third-party platforms, verify items and prep for pickup or delivery, while coordinating with the kitchen to keep timing on point. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential to elevate every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or takeout experience preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and third-party delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet takeout guests in person and over the phone.
• Accurately process takeout and delivery orders using POS and third-party platforms.
• Ensure all to-go orders are packaged correctly and presented well.
• Coordinate with kitchen and expo to ensure order timing and accuracy.
• Verify items, utensils, and packaging before pickup or delivery handoff.
• Maintain a clean, organized ToGo station.
• Handle payments with accurate cash handling procedures.
• Assist with curbside pickup when applicable.
• Monitor online orders and resolve delays or issues.
• Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
