Aufgaben

• Warmly greet and assist takeout guests in person and over the phone.
• Accurately process takeout and delivery orders using POS and third-party platforms.
• Ensure all to-go orders are packaged correctly, promptly, and with proper presentation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and expo to ensure order accuracy and timing.
• Verify all items, sauces, utensils, and packaging before guest pickup or delivery handoff.
• Maintain a clean and organized ToGo station.
• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Assist with curbside pickup when applicable.
• Monitor online order channels and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and a smile.
