THE ONE GROUP is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure accurate takeout and delivery operations with friendly, efficient service. You will manage to-go orders, packaging, and coordination with kitchen and drivers to keep guests satisfied.

The role requires the ability to multitask in a busy environment, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with POS systems and online platforms. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in takeout or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with POS systems, tablets, and online ordering tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process takeout and delivery orders accurately via phone, online, and third-party apps.
• Ensure packaging, presentation, and order accuracy before handing to guests or drivers.
• Maintain timeliness to provide a smooth pickup experience.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with BOH to fulfill orders and changes.
• Manage to-go station inventory and supplies.
• Communicate with drivers and guests about order pickup times.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
