Responsibilities & Duties

• Welcome and greet guests
• Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant services
• Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by management
• Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction with the food and service
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers
• Help maintain restaurant cleanliness
• Follow the closing checklist to close the restaurant properly
• Attend all scheduled team member meetings

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous restaurant experience is optional but preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers and team members.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction of numbers up to three digits and handling American currency.
• Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
• Food Handler Certification is required.

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 60 pounds, and ascending/descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
