Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Construction & Development is seeking a Manager, TOD Zoning & Development to support senior TOD staff with major transit-oriented development projects in NYC. The role involves planning, zoning analysis, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to advance MTA capital investments.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, with telework eligibility of one day per week.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, or related field preferred; five+ years of related experience are common.
Knowledge of planning, land use, zoning, real estate finance principles and practices.
Ability to work on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment.

Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, research, and studies.
Evaluate site developability and market potential for TOD projects.
Create financial projections and review zoning and land-use regulations.
Coordinate with MTA departments and external stakeholders on TOD projects.
Oversee preparation of presentations for senior leadership and external parties.
