THE ONE GROUP is hiring a To-Go Specialist to ensure accurate takeout and delivery orders while delivering friendly and efficient service to guests. You will manage to-go operations with precision, maintain order accuracy, and ensure meals arrive fresh and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in to-go or customer service preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using POS systems and online ordering platforms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team-first mentality and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Process takeout and delivery orders accurately via phone, online, and third-party apps
• Ensure packaging, presentation, and order accuracy before handing off to guests or drivers
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and provide exceptional service
• Coordinate with BOH team to fulfill orders and handle modifications
• Manage to-go station inventory and keep packaging supplies stocked
• Monitor delivery drivers and guests for smooth order pickup
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to maintain efficiency
• Execute tasks assigned by Restaurant Leadership with enthusiasm
