Job summary

The One Group is hiring a To-Go Specialist to ensure accurate takeout and delivery orders with friendly service. You’ll manage to-go operations, maintain order accuracy, and ensure guests receive meals fresh and on time.

Responsibilities include processing orders via phone, online, and third-party apps; coordinating with BOH/FOH; keeping packaging supplies stocked; and upholding food safety standards in a fast-paced team environment. Availability nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience in to-go, host, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with focus on order accuracy and presentation.
• Familiar with POS systems and online ordering platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process takeout and delivery orders accurately.
• Ensure packaging, presentation, and order accuracy.
• Maintain timeliness for a smooth pickup experience.
• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with BOH team.
• Manage to-go station inventory and supplies.
• Monitor delivery drivers and guests for pickup.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH to maintain efficiency.
• Execute tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm.
