• Oversee Food Lion To Go operations, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise performance and manage training and appraisals for direct reports.
• Create effective work schedules to meet online order demand and minimize customer inconvenience.
• Provide leadership to promote Food Lion Guiding Principles and store strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure proper handling of fresh orders, out-of-stocks, and returns.
• Maintain department appearance, food safety, and sanitation to standard.
• Understand and utilize company tools and reports for scheduling, ordering, and analytics.
