Responsibilities

• Supervise performance and conduct timely formal appraisals for direct reports.
• Maintain effective work schedules for To Go associates to meet online order demand.
• Provide leadership to promote company values and drive budgeted results.
• Partner with department managers to ensure fresh orders and proper handling of out of stocks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and regulatory standards.
