Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist in Phoenix to ensure precise, hospitality-driven takeout orders and a seamless pickup experience.

You’ll enter orders, process payments, and maintain a clean, well-stocked To-Go area while delivering warm, attentive service and clear communication with guests. This front-of-house role emphasizes accuracy, guest satisfaction, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
