Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Lincoln, NE is seeking a To-Go Specialist. You’ll ensure every off-premise order is prepared with the same care as dine-in, delivering warm hospitality and accurate pickup experiences.

You’ll greet guests, enter orders, process payments, keep the To-Go area stocked, and collaborate with the Front of House team. This role offers flexible schedules, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds
• Guest-oriented mindset and reliable transportation
• 18+ age requirement for FOH positions

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders for pickup
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized To-Go area
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional manner
• Resolve order concerns quickly with leadership involvement
• Ensure guests leave feeling appreciated and well taken care of
• Collaborate with Front of House for smooth service
