Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document nursing care according to policy.
• Plan and coordinate patient care with the team.
• Deliver care per physician orders and nursing plan.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed.
