Job summary

Banner Health’s Trauma-Neuro ICU at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center seeks experienced ICU Registered Nurses. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population with complex conditions.

The role involves learning advanced therapies and participating in shared leadership while providing compassionate, evidence-based care. We offer night shifts with an 18% differential and sign-on incentives of $15,000 for ICU RN with 12+ months ICU experience or $10,000

Qualifications

• Must possess RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of ICU/acute care RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social and discharge needs.
• Formulate and revise the plan of care with patient/family input.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care with the health team.
• Document care delivery and patient responses in the chart.
• Promote quality, safety and evidence-based nursing practice.
