Job summary

Banner Children’s Hospital at Desert NICU in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a dedicated RN with NICU experience to join our 76-bed unit. You will deliver high-quality neonatal care within a family-centered model and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The role supports a busy NICU with development therapists, nutritionists, PT/OT, and lactation services, offering opportunities for learning and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of NICU RN experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor neonatal patients and families.
• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care plans, progress, and education.
• Support family-centered care and discharge planning.
