Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on area of practice.
• Experience in acute care or trauma/neuro ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, plan and implement care within policy and professional standards.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and supervise nursing activities.
• Document care plans and patient responses; communicate status to team and physicians.
• Participate in unit leadership activities and ongoing professional development.
