Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks an Executive Client Partner to oversee a portfolio of strategic telecom relationships within the TMT vertical and a flagship global account. You will drive growth, influence executive leadership, and shape the future direction of our telecom practice.

Lead large-scale transformation programs, partner with CIO/CEO level clients, and deliver measurable business outcomes across network modernization and digital customer platforms. MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in telecom industry or selling into telecoms.
• Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex client portfolios.
• Experience owning and operating a $40M-$80M+ P&L with accountability for financial performance.
• Deep telecom expertise across network, OSS/BSS modernization and digital customer platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of strategic relationships within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) vertical, including a flagship global telecom account.
• Drive growth and deliver meaningful business outcomes for clients.
• Engage with C-suite leadership to shape client strategy and Publicis Sapient's TMT practice direction.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize long-term client value.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's in Business / Technology (MBA preferred)
