Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking an Executive Client Partner to oversee a flagship global telecom account. You will work with C-suite leadership to drive growth, set account roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes through AI-enabled transformation.

You will influence strategy across large-scale programs, mentor teams, and negotiate commercial terms to strengthen long-term partnerships, while leading governance and client satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in telecommunications.
• Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex client portfolios.
• Experience owning and operating a $40M–$80M+ P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategy across strategic telecom accounts, aligning objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Lead engagement with one of the world’s largest telecom operators, influencing multi-billion-dollar transformation agendas.
• Partner directly with C-suite stakeholders to shape long-term strategy and execution.
• Build and sustain long-term executive relationships with governance and cadence.
