HDR is seeking a strategic, client-focused Environmental Lead for the TMT sector to provide leadership, technical excellence, and market growth across environmental services for data centers, fiber networks, and digital campuses. The role partners with sector leadership to drive HDR’s environmental strategy and supports complex, mission-critical infrastructure projects globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience leading environmental planning, permitting, and regulatory programs for major infrastructure, technology, or mission-critical projects.
Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographic regions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HDR's environmental strategy for the TMT Market Sector.
Support strategic pursuits, capture planning efforts, and major proposal activities.
Lead permitting programs for data centers, telecom facilities, fiber infrastructure, and related tech developments.
Mentor and develop environmental professionals supporting the TMT sector.
Promote best-in-class project delivery practices across the TMT environmental practice.
Establish HDR as premier environmental and permitting advisor for data center and digital infrastructure development.
