HDR is seeking a strategic, client-focused Technology, Media & Telecommunications Environmental Lead to drive environmental services across the global TMT market. The role partners with sector leaders to advance permitting, planning, and regulatory strategies for data centers, fiber networks, and digital campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading environmental planning, permitting, and regulatory programs.
• Professional registration for leadership roles (where applicable).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across regions.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop HDR's environmental strategy for the TMT Market Sector.
• Lead environmental permitting and regulatory leadership for data centers and telecom projects.
• Mentor environmental professionals and support business development.
• Collaborate across HDR offices and regions to align strategy with market needs.
• Advise clients on permitting risks, mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance.
