Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic, client-focused Environmental Lead for the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. The role drives environmental strategy, permitting, planning, and regulatory services across HDR’s global TMT portfolio. This position can be based out of any HDR office.

You will partner with market leadership to grow environmental services, manage client relationships, and ensure project delivery excellence across regions and markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in environmental planning, environmental science, urban planning, engineering, public policy, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership in environmental planning and regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop HDR's environmental strategy for the TMT Market Sector and support strategic planning.
• Lead permitting programs for data centers, telecom facilities, and digital infrastructure.
• Mentor and develop environmental professionals across regions and offices.
