Job summary

Coastal in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a Director of Delivery to lead consulting and implementation services for the TMT sector. You will define growth strategies, build accelerators, and establish standardized onboarding for customers and consultants.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, pipeline discipline, and mentoring a national team. You will collaborate with senior leaders to scale capabilities, recruit and staff teams, and drive revenue and utilization targets while

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of consulting delivery leadership experience, preferably Salesforce
• 5+ years of domain experience delivering digital transformations in TMT
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce platforms and architectures
• 4+ years leading groups of 20+ individuals distributed nationally
• 8-10+ years delivering business solutions on Salesforce; BD experience
• Certified on Salesforce or equivalent accreditation
• Excellent communicator with ability to translate business needs
• 2+ years of channel management experience
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong timelines and deliverables
• Full-time permanent US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting and implementation services with demonstrated success
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth strategy in TMT
• Develop accelerators to speed value and standardized onboarding processes
• Manage the team to meet annual utilization targets and billable time
• Negotiate and close new business with clients
• Stay updated on product offerings from channel partners and incorporate them
• Advocate TMT capabilities publicly with partners and industry events
• Maintain client relationships and exemplify company values
• Maintain CRM pipeline with opportunities, contacts, and history
• Collaborate with project teams to refine scope, solution, and cost
• Build a high-performing team culture and mentor direct reports
• Support recruitment, staffing, and onboarding of consultants
• Communicate clearly with team and leadership guidance
• Lead selling strategy with partners and grow project portfolios
• Increase management responsibilities to handle larger portfolios
• Navigate complexity of industry solutions and roadmap evolution
• Contribute to overall business strategy at leadership level
