Job summary

Coastal, a leading consulting firm, seeks an Industry Advisor focused on TMT to scale growth for key accounts in the US. You will drive cross-functional strategies, shape go-to-market plans, and partner with Salesforce ecosystem to monetize customer insights.

You will lead advisory engagements, mentor teams, and travel as needed to support sales cycles. The role requires 8+ years in delivery leadership, 5+ years in sales, and deep TMT expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting experience in delivery leadership within iterative software development, ideally Salesforce, in the TMT industry.
• 5+ years of Sales experience.
• Proven Portfolio Growth – responsible for growing Coastal customers.
• Deep industry expertise with sub-verticals in TMT.
• Commitment to building long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Strong industry understanding and structured problem solving to drive growth.
• Represent Coastal at industry events and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Act as the Voice of TMT to prospects, clients, and partners.
• Lead scoping, estimating, and advisory engagements.
• Co-sell and manage strategic prospects, driving revenue growth.
