Qualifikationen

• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data platforms.
• Ability to prepare client pitch materials and present the full suite of corporate banking solutions.

• Manage client relationships for West Coast technology clients and strategic partners.
• Research and analyze client needs, industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competition to inform recommendations.
• Design customized solutions using bank products and services to meet client objectives.
• Communicate value propositions, justify recommendations, and negotiate terms beneficial to client and bank.
• Provide guidance on investment, risk management, and wealth management strategies; keep clients informed on market trends.
• Assess risks and implement measures to minimise potential losses in client relationships.
• Document interactions, transactions, and agreements for transparency and auditability; inform product development and bank strategy.
• Monitor client satisfaction, revenue and other metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.
