Deutsche Bank in New York seeks a Vice President in Investment Banking and Capital Markets – Banker – Technology to lead and coordinate deal execution across technology-focused M&A and capital market transactions. You will partner with senior bankers and clients, advancing marketing and execution with diligence and strategic insight.

You will review junior work, manage cross-team collaboration, and deliver polished client communications while maintaining confidentiality and managing risk across

Qualifications

• Establish experience providing quantitative and analytical support for M&A and capital markets transactions in the Technology Space.
• Experience supporting senior bankers across all stages of a transaction lifecycle, including pitching and bake off, preparing marketing materials and deal execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts concisely and defend their validity.
• Bachelor's degree with a focus in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, engineering or life sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• Series 79 and 63 licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review the analytical work of junior bankers to move marketing and execution processes forward, and with maximum impact.
• Coordinate internally across products, and with external parties on transactions as necessary
• Lead diligence processes and identify/manage risks related to each deal
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients
• Issue final reports of client interactions and discussions to senior management and maintain ongoing communication
