Qualifications

• 2 years or more experience in customer service or clinical care preferred.
• Experience working with patients who are suffering from anxiety and depression preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols.
• Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort and TMS system setup.
• Record session notes and schedule patient visits using EMR software.
• Communicate with certified TMS psychiatrists overseeing treatment.
• Deliver superior customer service to all potential patients.
