Job summary

UCLA-affiliated TMS practice in Westwood seeks a dedicated TMS Technician to operate NeuroStar and MagVenture equipment and manage outpatient treatment sessions. You will support psychiatrists and clinical staff across a busy program serving depression, OCD, and PTSD patients.

Qualifications

• Certified TMS Operator required or will train.
• Medical assistant or neurotech background preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication skills with psychiatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Operate TMS equipment for outpatient treatment sessions.
• Prepare treatment rooms and calibrate devices before each patient.
• Monitor patients during sessions for comfort and safety.
• Document treatment parameters and patient responses.
• Coordinate scheduling with front desk and clinical staff.
• Maintain equipment logs and report malfunctions.
