Neuro Wellness Spa is seeking a TMS Technician to oversee TMS services, coordinate patient schedules, and ensure high-quality clinical operations. You will operate TMS devices, monitor outcomes, and maintain patient records in DrChrono, while collaborating with certified TMS psychiatrists.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, strict HIPAA compliance, and ongoing staff training in a fast-paced clinic. In-person, full-time position in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Experience working with patients with anxiety and depression, preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or clinical care, preferred.
• Associate degree in healthcare or related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage TMS appointments.
• Administer TMS treatments per physician protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records in DrChrono.
• Monitor patient comfort and outcomes, coordinate with psychiatrists.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Train new TMS technicians and assist with inventory.
• Maintain equipment, safety, and emergency preparedness.
