Job summary

Elite DNA Behavioral Health in Port Charlotte is seeking a dedicated TMS Technician to administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments and support patients with depression. This full-time role includes training, supervision by the treating physician, and collaboration with a compassionate team.

You will be trained and certified, operate the NeuroStar system, and handle office tasks while ensuring patient comfort and accurate treatment delivery in a compliant clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a medical office is preferred.
• Experience with patients suffering from anxiety and depression preferred.
• Successful completion of a 3-day TMS Certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Administer daily TMS treatments per physician protocols.
• Set up the TMS device and monitor sessions for comfort and accuracy.
• Provide compassionate patient care and build trust with patients.
• Record session notes and schedule visits using EMR.
• Coordinate with Practice Administrator and physician.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and assist with scheduling.
