Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with patients with anxiety/depression preferred.
• 1-3 years in customer service or clinical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide compassionate care.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate TMS appointments.
• Administer TMS per physician protocols and monitor comfort.
• Maintain patient records in DrChrono and OutcomesAI.
• Support compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
