Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Annapolis, MD is hiring a Case Manager for TMS and Spravato patient care coordination. You will be the primary contact for patients, coordinating appointments, authorizations, and treatment readiness from consultation through completion.

The role requires 3–5 years in clinical case management, experience with EHR and Microsoft Office, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with 3–5 years in clinical case management or related healthcare setting.
• Experience using EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through their treatment journey from consultation to completion.
• Coordinate appointments, provider schedules, authorizations, and specialty pharmacy activities.
• Monitor patient progress and address barriers to care; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
