• Help with TMS administration and Spravato services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors at the clinic
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain supplies
• Collect vital signs and document in EHR
• Support TMS and Spravato procedures per protocols
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
