Job summary

Everbright Health in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato therapies. This PRN/a per diem role supports patients through intake, treatment, and follow-up, under a licensed provider.

You will handle scheduling, payments, and documentation while ensuring patient safety and a compassionate experience during every visit. This position is based in Brainerd with variable hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Experience with mental health or medical settings is desirable.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and ensure patient safety.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and Spravato treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor patients for safety and side effects during/after treatment.
• Document sessions in the EHR accurately.
• Provide compassionate patient support throughout treatment.
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate scheduling, check-ins, and co-pays.
• Assist with insurance information collection and pre-authorizations.
