University Health KC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the TMS/Spravato Coordinator in the Interventional Psychiatry program. Based in Kansas City, MO, you will work in the BH Ambulatory Clinic providing care coordination for TMS/Spravato sessions and related activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri RN license or be eligible for licensure.
• Active BCLS/BLS certification.
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on TMS/Spravato schedule.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of TMS/Spravato treatment with the psychiatrist and care team.
• Educate patients and families about TMS/Spravato, addressing questions with empathy.
• Ensure all assessments and consent forms are completed.
• Collaborate with UH Behavioral Health staff to plan pre- and post-procedure care.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and organize logistics for each session.
• Assist in delivering TMS/Spravato within scope of practice.
• Uphold Missouri Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies.
