Job summary

Greenbrook is seeking a Case Manager to guide patients through TMS and Spravato treatments at our Glen Allen clinic, coordinating appointments, authorizations, and care plans.

You’ll work with the care team to monitor progress, resolve barriers, and document in CRM/EHR systems, ensuring a seamless, compassionate patient experience and strong mental health outcomes.

This full-time role offers competitive pay of $24–$26 per hour plus benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of clinical case management or related healthcare experience.
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through their treatment journey from initial consultation to completion.
• Coordinate appointments, provider schedules, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy activities.
• Monitor patient progress and address barriers to care with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within CRM and EHR systems.
• Respond to patient inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and urgency while delivering an exceptional experience.
• Support positive patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with operational and treatment requirements.
