Job summary

Greenbrook, a subsidiary of Neuronetics, is seeking a Case Manager - TMS & Spravato Patient Care Coordination in Glen Allen, VA. You will guide patients through their treatment journey, coordinate appointments, prior authorizations, and readiness requirements to deliver a seamless, supportive experience.

This role requires strong organization, empathy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams; you will maintain accurate patient records in CRM and EHR systems and help patients navigate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in clinical case management, patient care coordination, direct patient care, or related healthcare setting.
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through their treatment journey from initial consultation through treatment completion.
• Coordinate appointments, provider schedules, prior authorizations, specialty pharmacy activities, and readiness requirements.
• Monitor patient progress, address barriers to care, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep treatment plans on track.
• Maintain accurate patient records, financial estimates, and documentation within CRM and EHR systems.
• Respond to patient inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and urgency while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
• Support positive patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with operational, coverage, and treatment requirements.
