Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, a subsidiary of Neuronetics, is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to serve as the primary contact for patients on their TMS and Spravato treatment journey at clinic-based sites in Sugar Land, TX.

You will coordinate care, manage scheduling, assist with insurance authorizations, and help patients overcome barriers to treatment while delivering empathetic, compliant service and documentation in CRM/EHR systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in clinical case management or related healthcare setting.
• Experience using EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through their treatment journey from consultation to completion.
• Coordinate appointments, provider schedules, authorizations, and specialty pharmacy activities.
• Monitor patient progress, address barriers to care, and keep treatment plans on track.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records within CRM and EHR systems.
• Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and urgency while delivering exceptional service.
• Support high-quality patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with requirements.
