Medline is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to translate logistics, warehouse, carrier, parcel, and ERP needs into clear requirements and production-ready solutions across multiple transportation platforms.

The role emphasizes strong system analysis, working knowledge of TMS, and collaboration with developers, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver improvements and support post-release activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar in enterprise apps.
• Experience supporting logistics, TMS, warehouse, or supply chain tech.
• Strong system analysis skills: requirements, data/process flows, testing.
• Ability to read SQL, analyze data, troubleshoot interfaces/logs, explain findings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze TMS workflows: planning, rating, carrier selection, tendering, tracking, reporting.
• Translate business needs into requirements, specs, data mappings, test scenarios.
• Investigate production issues via system behavior, SQL, logs, interfaces, EDI/API.
• Partner with devs, Operations, logistics, vendors and stakeholders through discovery to post-release support.
• Support release readiness, UAT, documentation and ongoing TMS improvements.
