Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain IT Lead to drive the TMS implementation and integration with carriers, IT teams, and stakeholders.

You will analyze requirements, build business cases, develop dashboards, and guide rollout while working remotely with periodic office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, premium freight, or manufacturing.
• Aptitude to deliver new IT tools to support technology requirements.
• Strong leadership to collaborate with plant personnel, staff MP&L, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to produce quality results under time constraints, independently and in team settings.
• Strong analytical abilities and decision-making capability.
• Experience with TMS or similar systems is preferred.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills to collaborate with plant personnel, staff MP&L, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to produce quality results under time constraints, independently and in team settings
• Strong analytical abilities and decision-making capability
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and development of permanent corrective actions
• Strong understanding of Material Planning & Logistics systems, including TMS or similar systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, QlikSense, or Google Cloud Platform desirable
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
