Job summary

Medline Industries is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to own the IT platform layer supporting warehouse automation across the distribution network. You will manage servers, OS, middleware, and integrations, and serve as the primary escalation point to MHE vendors to drive swift resolutions.

Key duties include monitoring, incident response, and governance of vendor relationships, with a focus on reliability, security, and scalable automation practices within the IT/OT boundary.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and/or Linux systems in a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across integrated systems.
• Experience managing external technology vendors, escalations, SLAs, and vendor contracts.
• Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience implementing or operating monitoring/alerting solutions and dashboards.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices.
• Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure or cloud transitions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the availability, performance, and lifecycle of servers, OS, databases, and middleware for WCS/WES and automation platforms.
• Serve as primary escalation point to MHE vendors and drive incident resolution.
• Develop and maintain monitoring standards, dashboards, and runbooks for automation systems.
• Configure and manage Windows, Linux, virtualization, and core infrastructure services for logistics apps.
• Lead incident management and continuous improvement across IT, site, and vendor teams.
• Apply IaC and CI/CD practices to deploy, upgrade, and expand automation platforms across sites.
