Job summary

Medline is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our Transportation Management Systems. The role translates logistics, warehouse, carrier, parcel, and ERP needs into clear requirements, process improvements, and production-ready solutions across multiple transportation platforms.

You will partner with IT, operations, and vendors in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with TMS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting logistics, TMS, warehouse, carrier, or distribution tech.
• Strong requirements documentation, data/process flow analysis, and testing.
• Ability to read SQL, troubleshoot interfaces, and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze TMS workflows across planning, rating, tendering, tracking, and reporting.
• Translate needs into requirements, specs, data mappings, and test scenarios.
• Investigate production issues via SQL, logs, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with developers, operations, logistics teams, and stakeholders through the full lifecycle.
• Support release readiness, UAT, documentation, and continuous improvement for TMS capabilities.
