Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking a TMS Implementation Team Specialist in Los Angeles to manage setup, maintenance, and training for Treasury Management solutions.

Responsibilities include customer support via phone and email, back-office coordination, and vendor liaison. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills, with opportunities for growth in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative, clerical, customer service or banking experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (intermediate).
• Ability to communicate professionally in writing, in person and by phone.

Responsibilities

• System set-up, maintenance and training customers on Treasury Management products.
• Provide courteous phone and email support to customers and branch employees.
• Support back-office activities and processes (SharePoint, setup log, etc.).
• Receive, research and resolve customer issues.
• Provide 2nd level support and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
• Remote Deposit Scanner installations.
• Comply with policy and procedures; manage equipment inventory.
