Job summary

California Bank of Commerce is seeking a Treasury Services Specialist to support and implement the bank’s Treasury Services (TS) products and services. You will act as product expert, interact with internal sales personnel and external clients, and ensure high-quality pre/post implementation and ongoing servicing of TS clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in cash/treasury management.
• Strong client service and communication.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of treasury products and services.

Responsibilities

• Pre/post technical implementation of new cash/treasury management business and client relationships.
• Handle complex implementations and client relationships; recommend new products.
• Provide ongoing product management and client servicing for TS products and services.
• Conduct client training sessions on TS products and services.
• Ensure compliant operations and timely execution of tasks in TS.
• Support audits and examinations as needed.
