Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking a TMS Implementation Team Specialist to support Treasury Management Solutions. You will handle set-up, maintenance and training on products like Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, and more.

Responsibilities include providing courteous support to customers and branches, coordinating with vendors, and performing back-office tasks. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Administrative, clerical or banking experience is a plus.
• English: Written - Intermediate; Verbal - Conversational.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and professional image in writing, in person and over the phone.
• Able to work with individuals and groups to manage internal/external relationships.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• System setup, maintenance and training customers regarding Treasury Management products.
• Provide courteous and professional phone and email support to customers and branch employees.
• Support back-office activities and processes (share point, setup log, etc.).
• Receive, research and resolve customer issues.
• Provide 2nd level support and coordination with 3rd party vendors.
• Remote Deposit Scanner Installations.
• Comply with Policy & Procedures.
• Equipment inventory (token, scanner).
• Application maintenance using Director system.
• FedEx invoice maintenance.
• Upload fees thru Block system.
• Perform other tasks or special projects as assigned.

We are currently seeking an TMS Implementation Team Specialist to support our Treasury Management Solutions Department. As the TMS Implementation Team Specialist, your responsibilities will include fulfilling set-up and maintenance requests and providing customer training on Treasury Management products. Products include Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, Lockbox, ACH, Online Wires and Cash Vault.

• System set-up, maintenance and training customers regarding Treasury Management products
• Provide courteous and professional phone and email support to customers and branch employees
• Support back-office activities and processes (share point, setup log etc.)

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Computer/software skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel – Intermediate

The salary range for this full-time position is $25.00 Hourly - $30.00 Hourly + bonus + benefits
